Specialist dental support for complex patients
You may have a patient who cannot tolerate treatment, whose medical needs increase the complexity or risk, who requires specialist equipment or sedation, or for whom attending a conventional dental surgery simply isn’t practical.
The Bradley Centre can assess the situation and help establish an appropriate route to treatment.
What we can provide
Assessment of the patient’s dental needs alongside the medical, psychological, cognitive or practical factors affecting treatment.
Specialist assessment
Where appropriate, we can arrange and provide treatment through our network of specialist clinicians and clinical partners, including sedation or general anaesthetic where indicated.
Treatment and sedation
A workable treatment plan
We identify what is needed to make treatment possible - from reasonable adjustments and additional time to specialist clinicians, equipment or facilities.
Care outside the dental surgery
For suitable patients, we can provide assessment and dental care at home, in care homes and other residential settings.

Treat
We aim to give referrers a clear route for patients who have otherwise become difficult to place, while keeping you informed about the proposed treatment and outcome.
Working with organisations
We also work with care homes, supported-living services, mental health services, hospitals and other healthcare organisations that need a reliable route to dental care for the people they support.
We can discuss anything from an agreed referral pathway to regular on-site or domiciliary provision, depending on the needs of your service.
